DELIVERY


FREE FOR ALL UK ORDERS REGARDLESS OF PACKAGE WEIGHT 
STANDARD RATE IS CHARGED FOR EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, USA, & ASIA REGARDLESS OF PACKAGE WEIGHT...ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM THE U.K

Customised shoes orders take 3 WEEKS to process from the date of purchase. Please be aware that during busy periods delivery may take longer. 

 

Once order is placed you will receive a payment confirmation to your selected email with your order number and purchased products summary.AFTER 3 WEEKS, A notification email from our delivery agent that your order is now en route for delivery with a full track and trace number assigned to only you will be sent to you. Standard free delivery will not have tracking in some instances 

Please have someone at the delivery address to sign for the package as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so its very important you track your order.



RETURNS

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR  DAMAGED PRODUCTS, THESE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS (IE CUSTOMISED SHOES) AS MATERIALS ARE ORDERED AND MADE SPECIFICALLY TO YOUR SIZE AND STYLE , WE CAN ONLY REPLACE DAMAGED PRODUCTS OTHERWISE SALES ARE FINAL.

The item should be in a re-sellable state,with no marks, fragrances, all hang tags and official labels still intact. Failure to do so the product will be returned to the customer and a replacement will be declined.

Refunds;
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds;
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items; 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges;
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jwckicks.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
